This is a tribute to The Nightblooms as a whole band and others which were involved with their music production. This amazing outfit created some of the most fuzz lined, reverbed out, echo, delay and texture filled sound and incredibly melodic choruses the world has ever heard. Pioneers of the Shoegaze genre would be an understatement. The Nightblooms had a massive part in shaping the genre through their amazing ability to jam out hard and transform guitar sound into a velvety sonic river of psychedelic and shoegaze laced greatness.Their music is to this day beyond compare.
I want to thank every contributing band involved for their hard work and patience in assembling this tribute album. Thank you to Stefano Fell from Loomer for helping Shoegazer Sanctuary Records in contacting the original band members for their help with original lyrics for each track. I also personally thank all bands and respective members in each track description. So listen to each track very loudly and share the love!
The Nightblooms, this is all for you. I want to thank Esther Sprikkelman (lead vocals) for her surprise support of this album. Also Steve Mitchell (original band manager) for his gracious kindness and patience in supplying Shoegazer Sanctuary Records with the original lyrics for each track covered. I also thank Harry Otten (lead guitarist) for creating some of the most amazing guitar riffs in history listen to "Everyone Loves You" which is track #8 on their masterpiece of an album entitled '24 Days at Catastrofe Cafe' released in 1991 also Petra van Tongeren (Bass) and Leon Morselt (drums) Thank you once again for being the inspiration behind this tribute album!

Were Pale Saints the most underrated band ever? For some reason everyone seems to forget them when referring to the shoegaze classics, even though they were at least as good as (dare I say better than?) the ones everyone remembers and a colossal influence on today's neo-shoegaze sound. Some very nice covers by the way: fitting reminders of what geniuses Pale Saints were. Jabod
An album of elemental power. Full of sitars, theremins, wind instruments and wafting vocals, the band manages to sound powerfully spacious. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 18, 2017
